Red Landings, Liverpool The old warehouses at the Liverpool docks. The old loading bays are painted a bright red.. Just the opportunity for a photograph. Selectively desaturated to keep the reds only. Share this:TweetEmailLike this:Like Loading... Related Published by Jawahar Scientist, hobby photographer and amateur gardener View all posts by Jawahar

J: I am not able to figure out how these bays work?
Bala: they don’t anymore. These warehouses were converted into chic apartments. But at the top of every building are remains of pulleys that would have pulled up cargo to the red doors allowing or unloading.
Love the color pop!!!
Thanks.. Red always make a good subject to selectively colour, doesn’t it?
